About Us
William Gluckman, DO, MBA, FACEP, CPE
FastER President and CEO
Dr. Gluckman is a residency-trained and board-certified emergency medicine practitioner who’s worked in some of the busiest emergency departments in New Jersey and New York. He has extensive expertise in dealing with minor and major injuries, including work-related injuries and chronic wound care management. In addition, he has more than 20 years of pre-hospital care experience as a former paramedic, firefighter, and Emergency Medical Service (EMS) medical director.
He has previously served as the following:
- Medical Director/Medical Team Manager of New Jersey’s Urban Search and Rescue Team, NJTF-1, for 18 Years
- Medical Director of the Morris County Special Operations Group, the New Jersey EMS Task Force, and the UMDNJ University Hospital EMS in Newark, NJ
- Consultant and Speaker for the State Police Hazardous Materials Response Unit (Spoke on Topics Related to Hazardous Materials, Rehabilitation, and Chemical, Nuclear, and Biological Agents)
- Author of Articles and Textbook Chapters in Numerous Medical Publications
- Two-Term Member of the Urgent Care Association’s Board of Directors
- Clinical Content Director of the Urgent Care Association’s Education Programs
- President of the Urgent Care College of Physicians

- Dr. Gluckman lives in Morris Township with his wife, Sonia, and their their two dogs Gracie and Porsha. His interests include fishing, traveling, and taking long walks on the beach.
Jessica Fakeh, PA
Jessica earned her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology at Rutgers University and received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University. Her interests include reading, playing the piano, hiking, and walking her dog.
