William Gluckman, DO, MBA, FACEP, CPE

Dr. Gluckman is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and has worked in some of the busiest Emergency Departments in New Jersey and New York. He has extensive experience in minor-major injuries, including worker related injuries and chronic wound care management. Dr. Gluckman serves as the Medical Director/Medical Team Manager for New Jersey's Urban Search and Rescue Team, NJTF-1, the EMS Medical Director for the Morris Minute Men rescue squad, the Medical Director for the County of Morris Special Operations Group, and has previously served as the Medical Director for the New Jersey EMS Task Force and UMDNJ University Hospital EMS in Newark, NJ.

He is trained as a Hazardous Materials Technician through the New Jersey State Police and serves as a consultant and speaker for the State Police Hazardous Materials Response Unit on topics related to hazardous materials, rehabilitation, chemical, nuclear and biological agents. He has been an Assistant Professor at New Jersey Medical School training medical students and residents and has over 20 years of pre-hospital care experience as a former paramedic, firefighter and EMS Medical Director. He is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) through AAMRO and a US Civil Surgeon approved to perform immigration exams and has written numerous articles and textbook chapters and presents locally and nationally on emergency medicine and urgent care topics.

Dr. Gluckman serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine and on the Board of Directors for the Urgent Care Association of America where he also serves as the clinical content director. He is President of the Urgent Care College of Physicians  Dr. Gluckman is certified DOT medical examiner by FMCSA.

Dr. Gluckman lives in Morris Township with his son Matthew.


Jennifer Alicea, MS, PA

Jennifer is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Biology and a graduate of the Tuoro College Physician Assistant program. Jennifer is in fluent Spanish.

Brad Chernock, MS, PA

Brad is a graduate from the Cornell University Physician/Surgical Assistant program and has extensive experience in the care of trauma patients. He has over ten years of pre-hospital experience as an EMT, Paramedic and ski patrol member.

Elizabeth Davison, MS, PA

Elizabeth is a lifelong resident of NJ who obtained her BA degree in Psychology from Westchester University of Pennsylvania before going on to graduate from the Seton Hall University PA program. Beth began her medical career as both an emergency department technician and pre-hospital care provider.

Stephanie Foltzer, MS, PA

Stephanie received her BA in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University and graduated from the UMDNJ School of Health Related Professions PA program. Stephanie has experience in emergency and urgent care medicine and is fluent in Spanish.

Sonia Schaeffer, MSN, APN

Sonia is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of nursing experience in the areas of oncology, urgent and emergency care. She is a graduate of the County College of Morris nursing program and obtained her BSN from the College of Saint Elizabeth and her MSN from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Sonia is fluent is Portuguese and Spanish.

Heather Varley, MS, PA

Heather completed her undergraduate education at Boston University and obtained her Masterís Degree as a Physician Assistant at the State University of New York Stony Brook School of Health Technology and Management. Heather is a native of New Jersey and has a passion for emergency and urgent care medicine.
